מדובר במקרה חמור בו אחות מוסמכת ניצלה את תפקידה ואת גישתה למאגרי מידע רפואיים, רגישים, והעבירה נתונים מזוהים רגישים ביותר ביישומון "ווטסאפ" ופגעה בפרטיות של מטופלת. כתב אישום הוגש על המעשים שיוחסו לה בכתב הקובלנה. בהליך הפלילי נגזרו על הנקבלת 4 חודשי עבודות שירות ופיצוי של 20,000 ₪. ועדת המשמעת המליצה כי רישיון הנקבלת יותלה למשך שנה. המשנה למנכ"ל משרד הבריאות לא קיבל את ההמלצה והחליט כי יושת על הנקבלת אמצעי משמעת של התלייה למשך שנתיים.
